1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ez77 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

1.2 By creating an ez77 account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the ez77 Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The ez77 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ez77 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from the Platform;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of ez77 or its related entities, and their immediate family members;
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

2.4 ez77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ez77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ez77 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ez77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify ez77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. ez77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). ez77 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, or national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ez77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, debit cards, and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. ez77 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. ez77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable legal requirements.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the ez77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.5 Prohibited Payment Methods. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method on ez77. Any attempt to deposit using cryptocurrency will be rejected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 ez77 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements — is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account closure.

5.3 ez77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 All games available on the ez77 Platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The outcomes of all games are determined fairly and impartially.

6.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ez77's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

6.3 ez77 reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical malfunction, error, or irregularity has occurred that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.

6.4 Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times, including in live dealer game chat functions. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at dealers or other players will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ez77 Platform:

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or provision of false information;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its underlying systems;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses;
• Any other conduct that ez77 reasonably determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

7.2 ez77 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the ez77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the property of ez77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ez77.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ez77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 ez77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ez77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ez77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 ez77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 ez77 may be required to disclose your personal data to Philippine regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies in compliance with applicable law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act and data privacy regulations under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 ez77 provides a range of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

11.2 If you wish to self-exclude from the Platform, you may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of six (6) months. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access your account, and ez77 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account.

12. Termination

12.1 ez77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or compliance with a legal obligation.

12.2 Upon termination for cause (e.g., fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct), ez77 may forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Upon termination for any other reason, ez77 will return any legitimate balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.3 You may close your ez77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to the conditions in clause 12.2.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ez77 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments

14.1 ez77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ez77 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered users via email or in-platform notification.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with clause 12.3.
